TAG series High speed Agglomerator, also called Densifier or Pop Machine, which is used for processing the waste post-commercial or post-industrial film, LDPE LLDPE HDPE film, PET film, Polyester Yarn, cloth, non-woven to be pop material.
The material is put into the agglomerating machine barrel and will be crushed into small pieces by high speed rotating blades and fixed blades. Because of centrifugal rotating of the rotating blades, the crushed material flakes will rotate around the inner wall of agglomerator barrel, and then the material flakes will friction each other and hit the inner wall of barrel, so there will much heat will be produced. The heat will melt the material, at same time, water spraying will take out the heat of material surface, which make the flakes to be pop material finally.
When the material is crushed and pop, it also could add some color into it.
The pop material could be used for granulating machine, extruder, and injection machine.
